Traveling from a work order, to a purchase order, to the customer or supplier, then back again is a piece of cake. Customise the screens to show the information you need, particularly the helpful Work In Progress screen which shows active work, recent customers and other financial information based on each user's requirements.

Flexible Pricing

Smart-Toolbox goes to great lengths to accomodate your pricing requirements. You can have multiple price lists, multiple product groups, assign customers to different price lists for different product groups with standard discounts, even specify different discounts based on whether glass is toughened, cut to size or stock sheets. Then for those really specific deals you can set override prices for particular glass, hardware or processing on a customer by customer basis.

Ever had a customer call to find the status of their installation and been unable to answer? With Smart-Toolbox scheduling everyone can see at a glance which items are scheduled for full or partial installation and when, whether the glass has arrived in, who is scheduled to do the work and whether the time has been confirmed.

Powerful Analysis

Break down your sales by division, customer category, period, job type, glass type and more, all on the fly with easy to use data grids. All grids can also be copied to clipboard or exported in a number of formats, including Excel, to give you complete access to your data.
